2025 was another year of growth forSteelBlue, and we closed it out with the strongest second half in company history. For a company entering its fourth year, that momentum speaks to the strength of our team, and the trust our customers continue to place in us.

I am proud to share that our safety performance also sets a new standard. We finished the year, well below the industry average, and we made significant progress in driving our OSHA Rate to new lows. The safety of our team has always and will remain a top priority, and we will continue driving toward an overall zero incident rate.

When markets slow, the best companies look inward. Over the past several months, we have focused on improving our internal processes and procedures. Our dedication to the quality and service that has built our company has never been stronger.

Looking ahead to 2026, I am excited about the opportunities in front of us. We are launching several initiatives that will position SteelBlue for long-term success. Our Commercial Door business will open an entirely new market for the company. The Edge Door Replacement andRefurbishment program will provide facility owners with a trusted solution foraging doors. And with new equipment now installed to support our Boat and RV product line, we have the capability of producing these products and guides fully in-house, improving both efficiency and cost structure.These product expansions mean SteelBlue is now a true single-source supplier for self-storage projects.No more split orders between vendors. SteelBlue now builds doors for every opening on your project.
