A: Customers must communicate with their SteelBlue Sales Professional to provide SteelBlue standard color options and wells as options of ordering custom colors to ensure they receive the color needed for their project. Color chips and samples will be provided for our customers’ approval and acceptance before the project is fabricated or shipped.

A: SteelBlue goes above and beyond when crating and securing the product for shipment. The doors will arrive with wood crating and packing that protects the doors from weather and potential transit damage.

A: The current tensioning system only requires a simple ½” drive ratchet which allows for quick and precise tensioning and adjustments.  

Q: How does SteelBlue handle issues such as spring replacement in their roll-up doors?

A: SteelBlue will provide a team dedicated to assisting our customers with supplying and installing replacement springs. SteelBlue will send a team member out to assist and train installers how to properly replace the tensioning springs.

Craig Eisenbrant is a third-generation iron worker who began his career in manufacturing at 19 with Star Buildings Systems. At 21, he shifted to sales and has since accumulated over 20 years of experience as a Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) Sales Manager. For the past decade, he has specialized in working directly with Self Storage builders and manufacturers. Outside of work, Craig enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and two children aged 17 and 21. He also has a passion for hunting and fishing.
